Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks to support our operations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment
- Perform equipment installations and upgrades
- Calibrate and test equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Technician or similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
